I found a cool avatar generator (via Lifehacker) today: MyPictr
You can upload a photo and quickly crop it to different community standards then receive it via email or link. Nice AJAX (I think anyway) web app. Their default for vBulletin avatars though is 150×150. But you can change it to 100×100 pretty easily (which I think is the size for Mac-Forums.com).I took a picture with Photo Booth, uploaded it and had my avatar posted in about 2 minutes.
